Dear Taxpayer:  This is to inform you that the El Paso Consolidated Tax Office will be moving its operations to the Wells Fargo Bank Building Downtown in the spring of 2012.  More information will follow as soon as we have a specific date for opening our new locale.

Office Hours

Should you need more information than what is provided in this website, please call (915)541-4054, or visit our offices located in downtown El Paso at City Hall, Two Civic Center Plaza, at the intersection of Durango and Franklin Streets.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.

Public parking is available in the gated area on Durango Street.

Payments may be mailed to Tax Assessor/Collector, P.O. Box 2992, El Paso Texas 79999-2992.

Our Payment Processing Center is located in Dallas, Texas. Property Tax Statements were mailed with a self-addressed return envelope that reflects the Dallas PO Box. The Dallas PO Box is for current year tax payments only.
