If you are the victim of a crime that does not involve an emergency as defined above, and that occurred within the El Paso city limits, you can complete and submit your report here. A Police Officer will NOT be dispatched to your location.
Your phone number and a valid e-mail address are required in order to file a report on-line.
This form should only be used for:

Non-emergency reports on selected crimes (see the list below) and

Crimes with no evidence to be collected by the Police.

Please complete this form as accurately and completely as possible. This will help us to review your report for assignment and investigation. Whenever you only have partial information (like part of a license plate number, or a person's description), please give us whatever you have! If you need to report more than one crime (or multiple crimes), please send us a separate Report Form for each one.
If your crime is not listed below, you may contact the El Paso Police Department Telephone Reporting Unit at (915) 832-4436 during the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday to file a report by telephone.
WARNING: IT IS A CRIME TO MAKE A FALSE POLICE REPORT UNDER THE TEXAS PENAL CODE, SECTION 37.08.
A FALSE REPORT IS PUNISHABLE AS A CLASS B MISDEMEANOR.
