Cultural/Heritage Tourism & Initiatives
MCAD cultural and heritage tourism develops initiatives that assist in creating experiences that authentically represent the stories and the people of El Paso, past and present and helps preserve traditions that facilitate understanding among people.
MCAD also produces and acts as a community partner with community organizations and individuals in a number of initiatives that promote the culture and heritage of the City of El Paso. Furthermore, MCAD enables the tourist to learn about and be surrounded by local customs, traditions, history and culture.
EL PASO DOWNTOWN ARTIST MARKET
MCAD is excited to be launching a weekly Artist Market in the Union Plaza area, every Saturday starting on 10/29.
Market Hours:
Summer (April – September) Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Winter (October – March) Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
