Health Education & Promotion provides the El Paso Community with awareness, resources, and preventative services to encourage, develop, and sustain healthy lifestyles.

Goal is to reduce the number of HIV positive individuals by providing Protocol Based Counseling and Testing. The program provides HIV Awareness and Outreach.
This program will provide free HIV and Syphilis testing during Walk-in Clinics:

The goal of the MPowerment program (M-Factor) is to reduce the rates of unprotected sex and the spread of HIV among young gay/bi-sexual men by fostering connections among men to build positive social connections and support safer sex. |
