Purpose

The Neighborhood Summit is an annual event to assemble and recognize El Paso’s neighborhood associations. The Neighborhood Summit provides residents with an information fair from City/Community organizations, capacity building/educational workshops, motivational keynote speakers, and an opportunity to build networks among neighborhood associations.

The Neighborhood Summit is in partnership with the El Paso Neighborhood Coalition (EPNC) and is a free event that is open to all El Paso residents who might be interested in joining or starting a neighborhood association in their neighborhood.
